I had a great experience at Beauty Spot in California, Maryland! Zoe was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. She helped me find the perfect wig and took the time to answer all my questions, making the whole process easy and stress-free.

She also recommended an eyebrow gel that I absolutely love. Her knowledge, patience, and friendly attitude made a huge difference, and I never felt rushed. It’s rare to find customer service this genuine and attentive.

So very helpful and wonderful, didn't find what I needed but Teresa did her due diligence to help me find what I needed at another location. Great customer service all around!!!!

This is my go-to since it’s the only one nearby. But their prices are way too high. If you go to Walmart right next to this store, they sell the same products like hair dye or gel $2-$6 cheaper. I only come here if I absolutely MUST.
