Lux and Eli are an excellent team. They work very well together. Lux and Eli thoroughly clean my condo and put everything back in place. They are professional , friendly and efficient. I so appreciate their efforts and I hope to always have team Lux and Eli.
I do have a concern with the office personnel that I understand gives the cleaning team their schedule at the beginning of the day. My time slot is supposed to be 12 noon to 2 pm. Today Lux and Eli arrived at 11am which is much too early for me and this is not the first time this has happened. I can be ready 15 minutes early but no earlier. So office staff, please make every effort to stick to my 12 noon... read full review
Glendy and Anna did a fabulous job on our house. Incredibly thorough and efficient. Having two big dogs, it’s nearly impossible to keep up with cleaning the dust, dirt and hair. Everything is sparkling. Very thankful to have found the Cleaning Authority. Highly recommend!
They leave my house sparkling…I am especially happy that they clean the floors…which are hard for me to do. The workers are cheerful and efficient. They come on time…and do a great job in every room.
