UPDATED REVIEW: Unfortunately, Jamil's communication deteriorated and there were several times we discussed a cleaning time and then didn't hear from him until well after the time. (To be fair, we cancelled three times ourselves). Also, we requested a refund of our deposit for a second cleaning and have not gotten it back. Extremely unprofessional. I found this service by a google search and some decent reviews. I always rather support a local individual than a large company. Jamil was friendly over the phone when we spoke and I told him I needed a move in clean. I sent him the Zillow listing for my new home so he could see the home’s layout and features and he quoted me a price within 5 minutes. I have the text message proof. Happy to show anyone a copy that asks for it. We agreed on a date, and this was over a week out. I sent a text a day in advance to confirm and the price went up by $135 without explanation.
