We had an amazing experience with Efficient Home. The admin staff was always responsive and did a great job at managing expectations.
Our energy assessment was thorough. The work that needed to be done was scheduled quickly and managed well. The workers were polite, protected our carpet and hardwood, and left things neat. When minor cosmetic damage occurred (which was understandable because of the equipment they brought in) they were very responsive and quickly sent someone out to fix it.
We had a great experience from start to finish and it is our pleasure to recommend Efficient Home.
The work was performed well and the crews were professional. It did take about 9 months to actually get the rebate so keep that in mind. 5 stars if it happened on the timeline I was given. Thank you, my house feels better, quieter and bge bills are down 50-75 sometimes more a month.
Excellent experience with Efficient Home and Brian Maloney, who oversaw the work for them. They advised me every step of the way, were incredibly responsive, on-time and, most importantly, did an incredible job. I would recommend Brian to anyone interested in home improvement and home efficiency upgrades. Couldn't have been more pleased with the experience and results.
