I’ve been going here for years. I like the way they clean my clothes and also any alterations. However, the customer service is hit or miss. The main seamstress doesn’t seem happy and I’ve come on many occasions and have not been greeted or either there appears to be an attitude. It doesn’t appear that she’s very patient when questions are asked about alterations. She seems to be a little short tempered. I’ve also seen her respond the same way to some other customers. I came in two days ago and she didn’t seem to be in a good mood so I asked her if she was OK.. Today, I was in and had some questions about alterations, and she was very short in her responses....read full review
I can’t express enough how professional and exceptional this business is at cleaning and just taking care of your clothing. You can just tell that they genuinely care, the ladies attitude just made my entire day. Happy to be their 1000th review. If you want to have your go-to spot where you know whatever garment you drop off is in good hands, I wouldn’t go anywhere else, I never had an issue with my clothes. Perfect alterations as well.
Excellent place to do my laundry, I come all the way from Ellicott City that should tell you about how professional this place is. Great great place I guarantee you won’t have any regrets!!
