“I have been getting waxed by Xiara for about 7 months now. When I tell you she knows what she is doing, she really does. You walk into her studio and it’s always very clean, smelling good and is always decorated so cute like. She always makes you feel comfortable and even has some snacks and drinks that she offers. You can tell she really cares about her clients by asking about previous conversations together and life updates. I won’t go anywhere else!!?”
“This was my first time at the salon in Ft. Washington. When I walked in, I was greeted by the staff and asked who I was here to see. Ari was my stylist. She seemed kind but you could tell that she was bothered by having more than one client. Her other client asked her how long it would be and she just ignored her. I asked how often I should come to get my locs retwisted and she said she didn't know. I would have given this salon 5 stars if it weren't for her. She does a good job but needs to work on time management and try to answer questions to the best of her ability or ask another stylist. Mahogany saw that i had been waiting a bit to get the final touches done to my hair and stepped in to take the pins out, oil and do my edges. I will definitely return to the salon to get my hair done but I will not go back to Ari.”
