Great customer service & patience....Larry greeted me with energy & interest. He listened to my laptop issues & worked with me, to diagnose & treat my issue. Oftentimes, the fix is rather simple but many PC Support folks aren't patient with the customer, because we don't know what's wrong & we just want the issue to go away. Larry allowed me to recognize what was needed, he asked the correct questions, which helped us fix the problem.

My son was moving into his first apartment and relies on a computer. I was giving him my old desktop and P&N did a great job at a great price and got it upgraded on time. I'll definitely be back next time I need help with a computer issue.

Had great customer service! OS was corrupted and could not even boot up. Had my pc back up, running, and files saved (whew!) in under 24 hours (This includes me dropping it off right before closing) picked it back up on my way home from work the next day. Everyone on was pleasant and cheerful. P & N computer services will be my first stop for future needs!
