Very helpful and well informed. Put in extra time to contact the manufacturer of a component directly. Definitely recommend. But it is worth calling ahead of time to confirm if they have the ability to test specific components if you need to solve which component is broken.
In my case there wasn’t an easy way to discern whether the CPU or the motherboard was truly at fault. But we were able to come up with a solution in the end. There might be computer shops in the DC area that have enough extra parts to actually test the specific components if you have a very specialized case of Hardware failure
