I called after 8pm, received an immediate call back and my HP laptop is working again like new!!! Excellent customer service and response to calls. The owner Mr. Thomas Rago called back himself!!! ??

I purchased a new computer from Tom Rago based on the recommendation of a friend who has used Tom for computer support for 10 years. Tom Rago built a good computer for me at a reasonable price, and was very helpful and patient in setting it up for me. I look forward to continue using his computer services in the future.

I had a great experience with troubles and with Thomas H specifically!
I had an issue with my CPU and he was willing to drive out to my home same-day in order to help me fix it. He was very knowledgeable and helped me install a new fan and everything so I would highly recommend to anyone who needs computer assistance or repair!!!
