My stylist was professional and knowledgeable about the two treatments I had completed (color \\u0026 styling) The salon staff was also professional, the environment was clean, further COVID-19 was taken seriously. I felt very comfortable in the space, social distancing was enforced in a polite manner. It was clear the number one priority were their patrons well being, I appreciated that greatly. “I come here monthly without an appointment to get a pedicure and manicure. I get gel polish which lasts about 30 days for me. The facility is clean and quiet. I'm unsure about designs because I don't get them, but can attest to them being good at the basics.“

The extractions were painless, which was a stark contrast to my past experiences. She expertly used a combination of manual extractions, a skin spatula, and a pore vacuum hydrofacial tool. I've gone to two other places and the Lash Critic is by far the best! Have you ever had a lash bath??? You're missing a treat! When I had my other lashes removed, (installed from another place), they did not hurt. Nitra was very patient and caring about my lashes.
