I didn’t have a horrible service overall, but towards the end of my service, the nail tech who worked on my nails seemed like she was rushing and unfocused. I had a great time up until that point so I just thought I would ask for someone else to do my nails next time. My nail beds are big, and she missed some of the sides with the polish which I asked her to go back over, and Even with the top coat, which I just let go. This was part of her being distracted.
Leaving, she was kind of cold and transactional which was fine again because I had made up my mind not to go back to her, but looking at my nails when I left, there was a blue spot on one and hair on another....read full review
Decent but quit going after a couple of scheduling issues and the only personable person in there is Alley who is amazing!!
