First visit to Down Tha Road Barbershop today. James cut my son's hair and did a spectacular job. Wait wasn't long at all (we went Sat at about 11:55a) and price was reasonable. I highly recommend James. He was very patient and cut an excellent fade. He listened and worked with us to NOT cut too far back into my kid's hairline (he has an unusual hairline that barbers often cut too far back into in an effort to try to make it disappear and make it look overly "chiseled perfect"--not cool when it cuts the kids hairline back so far and the edges grow out in 2 days. James did NOT overdo it. My son was happy and so was I. Will be back again!

This place is awesome! DJ cuts my hair and does an amazing job. I thought it may be a bit imitating going to a barbershop (I'm a young woman with a medium length crew cut and I have straight hair) but I always feel comfortable and get a good vibe! Definitely check this place out!

This is the type of barbershop I like. Low key spot, but high quality. I got my hair cut by DJ once and another guy(forgot his name). Both did a really nice job and were really friendly. They both took their time and asked, " Is this a good height?". Nothing annoys me more than an experienced barber that doesn't ask if your fade is high enough. Would definitely recommend.
