I had a slight leak in my shower fitting which could not be rectified when we tried to tighten it up, so we opted for the safe option of turning the water off and calling in a professional. A friend recommended Dan to me; her comment was, “If you can get him - he’s brilliant!” (My friend is one of nature’s more pedantic individuals and if Dan pleased her, he could please anyone!)
