Our family contacted Accredited Locksmith for our move. We communicated with Scott who is a kind and knowledgeable gentleman. He showed up on time. First, a package was left at our door and he graciously carried in with him. He rekeyed our new home and even gave us a complimentary copy. We will definitely contact him if we are ever in need of any other lock services.
I was so very pleased by the gentleman Scott that came out! He was there within 15mins cause my kids were locked out of the house. Great prices and service!! I would recommend them to anybody that enjoys top notch quality!!!
I needed to have a few locks rekeyed and was able to make a next day appointment. The locksmith encountered some issues fitting the new locks to my doors and one got scratched but he came back to replace it at no further charge after I got a replacement knob. My only concern was that he said he had use of the old screws with stripped heads to install the new locks because the new screws that came with the new locks were too small for my doors. So hopefully that isn't an issue down the road when I have my door replaced, otherwise I would recommend.
