I just got my mufflers replaced and it was an amazing experience! Melissa was the only person, out of 3 shops that I called, that was willing to give me a quote and it was very reasonable. I was able to get serviced same day and as soon as I got there she greeted me, confirmed my total, and immediately got to work. The process was extremely quick, she was done is less than 40 minutes! One of the shops I called told me I’d have to leave my car with them for a few hours just for a quote! Don’t waste your time at any other shops, come here where these two ladies will get you right, no stress or hassle involved!
I text the owner at 6:30am and she responded immediately, offering advice. I arrived and Melissa is the epidemy of customer service mixed with customer care. She diagnosed the problem, showed me the problem and offered me a solution. Melissa explained I didn't need to spend extra money unless I wanted to get a new exhaust system. This was great news. If you have any exhaust issues, give Melissa a try at Mufflers Discount!!!!
I came on a Saturday morning and Melissa looked at my Camry and she showed me my problems, and she and her staff were very knowledgeable and professional & she gave a good deal, I will recommend family & friends to go get work done here. Thank you again Melissa GOD BLESS you.
