I love this practice. Not only are both chiropractors extremely experienced and fantastic at their craft, but they have all the remedies you need to start feeling better again. Do yourself a favor and call them today, because they book up quickly!

Jeff and Sarah are awesome, very knowledgeable and great at what they do. I have a very active life style, when i have an issue and go to see them they always help me feel better. Definitely recommend both of them.

If you’re reading reviews because you’re in pain and you need help, you’ve found the right place. When I walked in Optimal Health I hadn’t been able to sit in 2 months because my back hurt so bad and I was taking almost 20 pills daily to manage the pain. I tried 3 months of physical therapy, a trigger injection, 2 rounds of oral steroids, muscle relaxers, anti inflammatory meds, pain meds, literally EVERYTHING. I was told by two ortho doctors I would need to try an injection in my spine and if that didn’t work then I’d have to have surgery. All of this right before my 30th birthday. I was devastated.
