We had an emergency because of a defective condensate pan wasn't emptying contents out of the system. Today is supposed to be one of the coldest days this season thus far. We called 1 hour and they sent Josh within hour and half. He immediately identified the issue and fixed the problem. Also he recommended system upgrade options which we wanted to add. We are very pleased with the service and Josh explained everything to us that was done. He was timely and we didn't need to worry about freezing...... Thanks Josh!!!!!!

Very courteous. New what he was doing. He pointed out some items that were not installed correctly and fixed them. He determined that my thermostat was defective and replaced it promptly.
