Very honest business, which is rare today. I inquired about termite treatment.It was explained thoroughly how termites come about. Dave actually went into craw space and looked around. He explained why he felt I didn’t require his services. Said if it were he, he wouldn’t waste the money. This is an honest businessman, who I will definitely keep his number, if I require any of his services in the future.Service: Termite inspection
Dawn called from the office to set up my appointment. Cody was the technician who came to remove the bird's nest (birds were all gone) from the only accessible vent cover on the outside of my house here in Milton, DE. They couldn't have been nicer. As another reviewer noted, Cody is professional, kind and knowledgeable. He took his time to do things right and was personable. I appreciate their service and would definitely recommend them.
Found some disturbing evidence under our windowsill which we thought was termites...We found DC Watkins and by their amazing reviews, how could we not call them...Cody came promptly when scheduled and was beyond knowledgeable and nice, he advised us, thank God that it was just carpenter ants...the problem has been taken care of and I would not hesitate to recommend them! Great service, great company!
