Pipeline Contracting, LLC
“We purchased a small apartment-sized condo on the boardwalk. It was evident that it had been used as a rental for decades, and its wear was evident. Our goal was to transform it into a getaway that would be conveniently located right on the boardwalk and close to the ocean. Since we previously had Pipeline Contracting remodel the guest suite bathroom at our home a few years ago and were thoroughly impressed with the results, we decided to contact Ted Rhoads at Pipeline Contracting for this project.
The renovation proved to be a significant overhaul, as many structural flaws were discovered. However, Ted’s crew was determined to tackle the challenge. We attended several consultations with Ted and Claudia to discuss our goals and expectations. They provided us with a comprehensive binder that outlined all the work that needed to be done, including plumbing, framing, electrical wiring, flooring, ceiling work, drywall hanging, kitchen appliances, HVAC work, painting, and framing. Ted took care of all the necessary permits and ensured that they were prominently displayed.
We appreciated that, despite the extensive nature of the project, the condo was meticulously cleaned throughout the construction process.
Upon completion, we were overjoyed with the results. Pipeline Contracting has consistently delivered exceptional work, and we couldn’t be happier with the end results.”
