Great experience using Artic for the first time at my condo in ocean city. They were out within 20 minutes of me calling and had the issue fixed an hour or so later. My technician Chris was friendly and professional, and went the extra mile to explain the issue to me and educate me regarding my unit. Their pricing seemed perfectly reasonable and the back office was also friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
