Excellent service. They listened to my budget and my needs. At the end of the day, thanks to their guidance, I was seated at my desk with my new computer up and running. My MacBook pro's screen stopped working and I was in an absolute panic since my life is on it. Bestbuy was 0 help and told me it was so old that I just needed to get a new one. Did a quick search of local computer/tech places and so thankful I found Nick! He was able to quickly diagnose the problem which was to just replace my screen! He ordered the part and installed it within a very reasonable time! He's incredibly knowledgeable, easy to work with and patient. Especially with people like me who don't know much about technology. I'll happily come back!
