Before my appointment I received a text that the stylist I scheduled with couldn't make it in because her babysitter was ill. I walked in and Kendall, the owner told me to come back a couple hours later and she would do my hair herself. I had a time limit because I needed to pick up my son from school but she said she would have me out on time. I went to the nail salon next door for a mani pedi (#winning) then returned for my appointment. Kendall did a fabulous job on my balyage highlights. She cut and styled my hair AND had me out the door looking fabulous 1/2 hour ahead of schedule! Kendall is fast, friendly, professional and is a rock star with hair. Love Serenity! The atmosphere is great, and I was taken great care of. Marcia is absolutely amazing, and gave me exactly what I asked for while keeping my hair healthy. This is a great Spa and I’ll recommend it to everyone!

I’ve been going to Kendall for many years but needed a last minute appointment. I was able to secure an appointment with Marcia. She was great and very personable. My hair turned out beautiful and she made me feel comfortable. The new salon was gorgeous and very inviting. I’m happy I decided to reach out and make an appointment. Kendall is always so accommodating!
