Caroline did a fantastic job creating a lovely color for my hair…somehow she read my mind and it’s perfect. She’s also a lovely human being. Don’t hesitate to give this place a try!
Before my appointment I received a text that the stylist I scheduled with couldn't make it in because her babysitter was ill. I walked in and Kendall, the owner told me to come back a couple hours later and she would do my hair herself. I had a time limit because I needed to pick up my son from school but she said she would have me out on time. I went to the nail salon next door for a mani pedi (#winning) then returned for my appointment. Kendall did a fabulous job on my balyage highlights. She cut and styled my hair AND had me out the door looking fabulous 1/2 hour ahead of schedule! Kendall is fast, friendly, professional and is a rock star with hair. Love Serenity! The atmosphere is great, and I was taken great care of. Marcia is absolutely amazing, and gave me exactly what I asked for while keeping my hair healthy. This is a great Spa and I’ll recommend it to everyone!
