Scheduling: They fit me in around a week after I called.
Atmosphere: Fantastic, I love the interior, very homey, the lights aren't beaming in my face. There are only 3 waiting chairs, but they're comfy. They also offer snacks and beverages which I thought was cute. All the stylists were young (not sure how old they are but they portray that way).
Shampooing: I love a good hair wash. The water pressure was relieving. I didn't have a preference between hot and cold water because the weather was hot, the cool water was relaxing. I'd say it was a good 5 - 7 minute scrub. Not too much pressure.

I've been seeing Danielle for cuts for about a year now and she's fantastic! She listens to what I want, suggests what will work with my hair and lifestyle, is so talented, not pushy with products, and also incredibly funny. I enjoy the salon and will be back indefinitely!
To anybody who is looking for the most magnificent hair colorist in Bel Air, Maryland- I have an amazing woman for you. Her name is Haven.I can guarantee you that this young woman has the skills of a Master colorist and the artistic eye of Monet.Not only is she a magnificent cosmetologist, but she is personable and thoughtful and pleasant as well.I have never spent time with anyone doing my hair who has been so completely on the mark and who has understood what I wanted and been able to fulfill my request so perfectly.
