I was shocked by the transformation Peter and his brother were able to do. My carpet was extremely dirty and worn out, and my expectations were low. But contrary to what I thought the carpet looks nearly new again. Furthermore Peter was extremely responsive and provided all the necessary information before the actual appointment. Peter and his brother are awesome. Upon arrival Peter noticed how dusty the our new vinyl floors were so without hesitation he offered to mop them while his brother got started with the carpets. They could of easily just washed the carpets as agreed upon and left but they didnt. This made them stand out from the rest in the business. Highly recommend Royal Carpet Cleaners! We had our sectional sofa (plus 2 dining chairs and carpet in an office space) cleaned. We live a busy life with 2 toddlers and 2 dogs and needed help with the sofa in our main living space because it gets so much use. Peter was so thorough in answering my questions and concerns and got our sectional way cleaner than I ever could have. I'm so impressed and so happy to have used their services. Looking forward to welcoming them into our home in the future.
