Brandon, the Pure Air technician performed a thorough fall inspection on our HVAC system today. He provided crucial advice on how to install the HVAC filter and when it should be replaced. Texted for help with our broken AC and had a reply within 20 minutes. A technician arrived 10 minutes later. He inspected the unit, grabbed the necessary part to get things working again, and was back out the door 15 minutes later. Wish I had contacted them first, instead of waiting for others.
