PetsHotel Bel Air is praised for its wonderful staff and great care for pets. Dogs enjoy the day camp and hotel stays, feeling like family during their time there. I've taken my mini bernedoodle to Pets Hotel several times, including overnights and doggy playtime, and they've all been great experiences. You can tell that the ladies that run the place love pets and are very passionate about the care that they provide. And my dog loves going there too...she gets so excited every time that we walk in there.
I've also taken my dog to a Pets Hotel down in Northern Virginia when visiting family, and while the experience there was fine as well, the staff at that location didn't quite exude that same level of passion & care as the ladies that work at the Bel Air location.
Wonderful people providing great care!! My dog loves to go whether it's for the day or for a stay. I know she's in great hands and will have a fun time. She's treated like Family and so am I. Love, love, love this place!
ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. The girls take such great care of Whiskey. He loves the day camp especially the day camp! I don't understand how the low star reviews below are even a thing. They upfront when booking on exactly what you need to provide for stay. 10/10!!
