I had an awesome experience. Dr. Levin himself took care of me. He was very thorough and took the time to explain the process and the results. Very personable. I especially liked his state of the art equipment. I must not leave out his pleasant staff.
Dr. Levin and the entire staff were absolutely wonderful! This was our daughter’s first experience at the eye doctor, and she was feeling pretty nervous. Everyone was so kind, patient, and professional and went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable. They even played music for her, which helped her relax so much!
We truly couldn’t have asked for a better first experience. We were so impressed that we’ve decided to move our entire family over to Dr. Levin’s office. It’s not often you find a place where you feel genuinely cared for from the moment you walk in. Highly recommend Dr. Levin and his amazing staff!
I called the Bel Air location today right at opening between 8:00 AM and 8:20 AM. I had an urgent request for an eye appointment due to an expired progressive lens prescription causing severe physical strain and a visible red line across my eyes. The receptionist who answered was completely unprofessional, dismissive, and acted as if my call was a massive inconvenience. I could even hear another individual laughing in the background. Instead of showing any empathy or helping a patient in pain, she flatly stated there were no openings until August 28th. She offered zero solutions.
