Came in during open house this week and I was treated to the whole package! I did the skin wellness pro pod, red light therapy bed, and a tanning bed, and felt very refreshed after. The girls, Jenny and Kalista, were so welcoming and fabulous to talk to!

I cannot recommend this place enough! Going into bed tanning with no knowledge, these girls have helped me so much. I have gained such a confidence boost from having a membership here. Everything is very clean and well maintained. Cant thank the hardworking girls enough for my amazing experience!

I’ve been a member for roughly 6 months and the professionalism and kindness is always top tier! The girls are so educational, whether it be about the beds or the products, and are always informing me of new products when I come in. The store has always been very clean, and they are very attentive on cleaning the beds after use. One of my favorite thing each time I go is the decorated theme board, Jenny frequently changes the board and it is always so fun and colorful!

what an amazing Salon clean extremely clean with a slew of amazing self-care services beyond tanning and great membership packages. But it doesn’t stop there, their customer service is beyond and meets expectations ….if you’re looking for a tanning studio with a lot of other amazing self-care service services look no further you will not be disappointed. And the greatest part is you can utilize all of their locations with your membership. Bravo glo tanning.

I got a spray tan here a little over 3 weeks ago. The tan was uneven, with streaks and patches. Despite following all the recommended care instructions, the tan faded unevenly and left me with an orange tinge that lingered for days.
When I reached out to customer service to address the issue, it was terrible. I have been going back and forth with their customer service for weeks in an attempt to receive a refund. They told me my refund would take 7-10 days to process and I have yet to receive it. To make matters worse, when I followed up regarding my refund (that they said was processing) they claimed they required a photo of the tan in order to process the refund. It has been weeks since I got my tan and it’s faded. Requesting a photo now made no sense and felt like a way to avoid issuing a refund.
I would strongly advise anyone considering this salon to look elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere for a spray tan.

I got an instant spray tan here, and washed it off at the 2 hr mark, as recommended. It turned out extremely orange and patchy, despite following all of the preparation steps and after care steps to a T. I reached out to them to discuss my dissatisfaction, and did not receive a response. I will not be returning after spending the last day and a half scrubbing my skin raw to try to get rid of the orange coloration, which has not budged from my skin. I cannot recommend coming here unless you want to look like an oompa loompa.
Update: I considered VERY slightly to change the review to a 2 star review because I finally got my refund, but this process has been a nightmare, and it took 3 weeks after my service to officially see my refund in my bank. Meanwhile, they said it would only take 7-10 days.

Hollywood Tan in Bel Air, MD was so nice! Charlotte who gave me a tour and ran through all the options did a fantastic job and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! Would recommend 10/10 to go here for your tanning and spa needs.

I enrolled last week and the nice lady at the front was amazing, she helped me understand everything, helped me set up my stuff and made me feel so comfortable to try everything. Thank you so much! I will try to get her name so she can get some recognition, everything was disinfected and clean which I loved!!
