Fast and Reliable service at a fair price. Called them at 5:30pm and they were at my house by 6:40pm. AC stopped working during the day and they were able to change out the capacitor and get it up and running quickly. Can already feel the difference in the house after 20 minutes.
Another great service call to Griffs. Heat stopped working randomly and they came out same day, diagnosed the issue quickly, put a short term by pass in place to get it running while we waited for the part to come in. Came out promptly once the psrt arrived and replaced it.

Woke up to a dead thermostat. I replaced the watch battery in there and checked the breakers but it was still dead. 50 degrees inside and dropping on a 22 degree day. I called and scheduled an appointment between 12 and 2. Rich showed up 15 minutes early (a plus in my book) and found the blown fuse in the air handler in less than 10 minutes. Told me he could replace it easy but he needed to find the root cause of why it blew. After about half an hour with the outside unit he found a wire that had fallen on a hot pipe which melted the casing and caused the short. He replaced the wire and set it away from the pipe, replaced the fuse and we had heat by 12:30. The pricing... read full review
