I have been using this plastic surgeon for a few years now for various small and big upgrades to my face and body. They are wonderful! I'm not sure why the other reviewer said she had a long wait as I've never had a long wait in the three years I've been going to them. It must have been a fluke. Melissa Street and Dr. Birely are both wonderful and my favorite part about them is that they never push you into getting unnecessary procedures. I once asked to have something done and Dr. Birely told me honestly it wouldn't produce the result I wanted so I should save the money. There definitely is a little wait so don't arrive early. However I like to think that they don't rush the person before me just the way they don't rush my appointment and that is not really that big of a deal. I see Melissa for injectables and get the best facial in town from Tiffany in the Bel Air office.
