From my first phone call to Bala, I was impressed with Samantha's professional and accommodating manner. My initial consultation with Catherine was very informative with no pressure. Catherine's 30-year experience in aesthetics is evidenced by her work. I have been very pleased with the results and their treatment of me as their client. Having moved from South Carolina and now living in Maryland I was anxious on finding an aesthetic spa that I could trust. I’ve been going to the same aesthetic spa for eight years in South Carolina and had developed a very close relationship with that aesthetic family. I remember thinking, I’m never gonna feel comfortable at another spa, boy was I wrong lol. Top notch Medispa! You will get a personalized experience tailored towards your expectation. They carry the entire Zo Skin Health Products. I’m a self-proclaimed skin product guru and I will try anything! Unfortunately, I give up on any product that doesn’t work immediately, which means I give up on everything because I don’t give it time to work. Cathy handpicked for me the perfect Zo products. She knew exactly what I needed for my skin, with the caveat being THEY WORKED IMMEDIATELY! The Brightalive and Illuminating Serum are to die for! The moment they touch your skin you see a difference. And a shout out to Holly for the painless laser hair removal.
