I came in absolutely distraught because while trying on my SATIN birthday dress I stained it with my body oils. I was less than a week from vacation and didn’t know what to do. Just so happens I found this Zips. When i came in the young lady was soooo understanding because I was beside myself. This dress meant so much to me and the possibility that i ruined it was making me cry. She took my dress, said we will try our best and told me to come back the next day. I like this Zips...in and out most times. Friendly service... most times... affordable, yep. Next day on your items, yep. You get a robo call informing you your items are ready for pick-up in case you forget! And if I'm not mistaken you can get same day service depending on your drop off time... don't take my work on that...please check beforehand! All n all I will continue using them!
