Recently visited this fine establishment and I must say…. WOW‼️‼️‼️ What an experience… From the time we walked in the door until we left the building the greeting, the welcoming, the connection was amazing. The massage therapist were awesome. A personal connection was definitely felt. I would recommend anyone and everyone to take a visit to Zen and The City if in the Baltimore area. I will most definitely be coming back.

I was visiting from out of town and desperately needed a good massage after traveling and sitting through long conference sessions all day. My neck and back were absolutely wrecked, and I’m so glad I found Zen in the City!
Kwame was AMAZING! Not only was she incredibly sweet and welcoming, but she made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. You can tell she truly knows her craft and genuinely cares about the people she works with. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and knew exactly how to work through the tension I had built up from traveling.

My husband and I received a couples massage as a wedding gift from our friends and it did not disappoint! We had Kwamé and Gary and from start to finish, we left feeling like 2 entirely different and relaxed people! I cannot speak enough about this hidden gem! 🩷
