My husband and I are very happy we went with Window World! Our 10 windows were installed yesterday by Jonathan and George and they did a wonderful job! They were friendly, polite and efficient! They not only took all of our old windows they cleared up all the debris and left our yard and house spotless! So we’d like to thank Jonathan and George and Window World of Baltimore!
I had to put in a service call for one of my windows as the bracket snapped. The woman on the phone got me set up with an appointment just two days away and was very nice. A young man called and said he was only about 18 minutes away and would be there shortly. Dave Bowen showed up to do the requested work. He was polite, professional and so friendly! I must say that my experience with Window World has been A1 from beginning to end. They contacted me within hours of my online inquiry and the representative came out the same week. Mike was knowledgeable about the windows I already had and did a good job explaining what I would be getting. There was no ‘dog and pony show.’ Just straight facts. Johnathan took the measurements the following week and he also installed the windows when they came in. Communication was clear and concise. Any questions I had were promptly answered.
