I’ve been reaching out to see if my contacts came in. It’s been 3 weeks since I had my exam and they were ordered. I’m either met w/ a phone that rings and rings or a rude employee who keeps repeating they normally take 1-2 weeks even though I keep telling her it’s been over the 2 week time frame. I would really appreciate if someone would give me an update on the status of contacts

I had a horrible experience at this vision center. I had to return the glasses for a refund because the prescription was put in wrong. The manager was supposed to write a simple letter showing refund given and glasses returned to my insurance company. They kept saying they would do it, but months later they have not done it. Do yourself a favor, go to another vision center.

Would give zero stars if i could. There is a woman there named LaShore that opened the morning of September 19th. We were there at 9:05am and she had not opened yet. I asked did she open at 9 or 10 she said 9 and proceeded to drag her feet turning on lights etc. She had an extremely rude look on her face and sat down. Didn't say anything. I said okayyy can you help with this frame that was broken. She said did you buy it here? I said no. She told me No you need to go back to vision works white marsh. I said i can't buy frames here?? She then let out a big sigh of being annoyed and picked out one pair of frames and that was it. I've never encountered such a rude person...read full review
