Dr. Morgan-Cooper and the nurse practitioner (I don't remember her name, and she has since left the office) were extremely accessible and approachable.However, over the last two years, our experience has gotten awful. The receptionist was rude and spoke over me repeatedly when I called to schedule my child's first appointment. Next, she asked me if I would be vaccinating my child. I replied, no, not now, because... again, she shouted over me to say we don't see children who aren't vaccinated. In fact, I was trying to let her know that he is up to date on his scheduled vaccines, so this is not necessary at this time. Then she instructed me to email his vaccination record to her (unencrypted, by the way).
