My first interaction with Brian was over the phone, where I conveyed what I needed done and he provided some background on electrolysis. With said information, I decided to make an appointment. I arrived at Village Electrolysis early one Saturday morning and found a nice unassuming building near Northern Parkway. The Village Electrolysis office gave me old world decor vibes, but when it was time for business, all the modern bells and whistles were available. Brian greeted me and had me fill out a brief medical history form. He then gave me a very detailed explanation about the various electrolysis methods and processes and which one would be best for my situation, etc etc. After that, I practically leapt on the table to receive my first treatment. NGL and say electrolysis feels good, because it doesn't. HOWEVER, Brian made it as painless as possible, while being incredibly thorough. I've had laser hair removal treatments before and they were unpleasant, marked with the smell of burning hair. Electrolysis with Brian was 1,000x better. Several days later I am happy to report micro pigmentation has barely occurred (with laser I suffered HUGE dark spots I had to cover with concealer) and the hair has left the building for the time being. Very happy with my first treatment and will be riding this train with Brian until all the hair is gone.
