They definitely don't put the urgent in Urgent Care
Eventual Care is probably more accurate
2 hours later care...you get my drift be prepared to wait so long you forgot why you came in the first place
I was seen early on a Saturday. It seemed quiet and yet a number of people visited and I must say that adding a single body might be in order to put a balance between profits and people. The attending staff seemed knowledgeable and the PA who checked me did a thorough exam and was clear in explaining what the course of action should be. I like driving here over downtown because of parking, but very concerned that walk in UM clinics are closed downtown on the weekends for those who don’t have private transportation.
It's the typical UMMS experience: be prepared to wait for a very long time. However, once you do get seen, the quality of care is excellent. They have great people working there, but OMG UMMS really needs to do something to cut down the wait.
