During my treatment with Dr. Ferrada at University of Maryland Faculty Physicians Inc. at Redwood, from November 2024 to April 2026, I experienced interactions with her that made me deeply uncomfortable and felt supremely unprofessional.

I found the physical examinations to be unnecessarily prolonged in ways that seemed inappropriate and too intimate for a medical consultation. I also felt that my concerns about my medical care and treatment were dismissed, and I was later surprised to be informed of behavioral allegations that I believe do not accurately represent my conduct as a patient.

I keep getting billed for the same services I already paid in full. Same bills just keep coming, now threatening collections! Their billing system with UMD healthcare is severely broken. Already the most expensive healthcare I have ever received. Never going back- very predatory!

This hospital has very dishonest and unethical practices please avoid by any cost. What the doctors say and what the billing department does is completely disconnected. The physicians association has horrible billing practices and their “costumer service” team is unable to help over the phone, they sadly don’t even have an office that you could go to speak to someone! I’ve never given any place a one star but would give them a zero if I could.
