I would give Unique Resources my highest recommendation. The quality of their work is exceptional. We had a leak in the dining room ceiling of our 100 year old house that damaged a wall and the original crown molding. Robert and his team came in, were able to have matching crown molding made and did a beautiful job repairing the plaster. They also identified a problem with a beam over an adjacent window and were able to trouble shoot and come up with a plan to restored that in the process and saved us from future problems. Twenty-five years ago, Unique Resources converted a crudely built porch into a beautiful, paneled, year-round, heated and air-conditioned sunroom that we use as a dining room and entertainment space. One skilled carpenter did virtually the entire job, requiring a helper for just a few hours one day. The work has held up extremely well, and over the years we have received countless compliments on it. It is by far our favorite room in the house. We cannot recommend this company highly enough.

My wife and I own a home in Otterbein built in 1819. Needless to say it has required significant renovation over the years. Unique Resources has been our go to company for the past 20 years. They have replaced windows and doors; painted inside and out; remodeled our kitchen, pantry, and an upstairs bath; rebuilt a deck with underground drainage; plus repaired a basement wall and two roofs. We have been pleased with every project they have completed. Robert and his crew are master craftsmen who can be counted on to do the highest quality work. We would never consider another company.
