We received a 150 year old rug that needed serious cleaning. Edgar was fabulous to work with! He came on time, helped me pick the best package (without trying to upsell me, but thinking about the quality of the rug and what it needed), worked quickly, and was a sweetie. I'll have this rug cleaned in a year and will be happy to work with Edgar again. UCM answered my call on a Sunday and scheduled me for a Monday cleaning!

I recently had them clean my oriental rug. They sent a really friendly worker to do the job. He came on time and worked magic on my rug! I would deff hire them again for rug cleaning.
