Izzy ROCKS. He explained what the repair issue was with the laptop and what I should do if any problems arise. I appreciate the service. I have the same satisfaction as I had when I purchased this laptop over 18 months ago.
Reasonable price and excellent service. I was late for 30min but they were very patient and helpful. The guy changed my battery within 40min and made sure my phone works properly after fixation even it was minutes after the closing time. 20 of 5!

However, the representative at 6632 Ritchie Highway urgently needs additional training. His attitude is rude, and his approach to customers is completely unacceptable. For the sake of the company’s reputation, proper customer-service training at that location is highly recommended.
