About Total Health Care

    Transferred here following my kids pediatrician who has been in our family since I was child. Total health care does a terrible job following up with appointments for pediatrics. When you call there are extremely long wait times. Number 16 in the queue just to make an appointment for my 18 month old. And the portal doesn’t work!

    Just ok. Waited a while because they didn't have the EKG machine charged up which I don't understand why not. Once I get in there the women is talking on her phone and didn't even bother to hang up while I'm trying to get blood drawn. I only say ok because I got what I needed done but there was much to be desired.

    I go here for my doctors appts my Dr Denise Green is so caring, she cares and hooves me everything I need and what is due to me for my health Care, she's an Excellent doctor and person, thank you doctor green fur your love and caring services
