We hired Thomson to redo an original bathroom in our 1932 stone home; they brought a lot of experience to the project. Kenny, our project lead, took ownership from day one and managed every detail from start to finish. In the end, we got the bathroom of our dreams, on time and on budget. As with any old home there are always surprises, but the team took them in stride, were very communicative, and flexible given the current supply chain nightmares.Thank you thank you to Kenny, Clyde and the team. I called to get an estimate on installing a new cornice on my historic rowhouse. They promptly scheduled me for an estimate. The speed of response was appreciated. The estimator came out and had a look at the scheduled time, and told me they would contact me with their response. Never heard back. Wish they would have followed up even if to say they didn't want the business.
