The massage was outstanding. I loved Jasmine. She made sure that I was comfortable and relaxed throughout the process. As a chesty person massages can sometimes be difficult, but she made accommodations so I could be comfortable. My friend, who also got a massage, has a chronic illness and the accommodations and attention paid to her needs was superb.
The amenities included at the spa were clean and refreshing, as you would expect. I was really surprised however, by the lack of maintenance in the furniture of the quiet room. I have massages regularly, and was schedule for a deep tissue massage, and what I got was more like a Swedish massage. I was very disappointed After checking in I lead to my locker, and no tour where anything else was. The spa was clean and the staff was friendly.

Krystal did a phenomenal job with my custom facial. It was the best facial I’ve ever experienced. No words can describe how friendly, experienced and accomplished she was.
The spa itself was comfortable and the staff welcoming. The spa manager was flexible in meeting my request. I immensely appreciate the understanding and care with how I was treated.
The amenities made the treatment all the more worth it. I spent about an hour and a half relaxing between the sauna, steam room, relaxation room, heated beds and jacuzzi. I really have no complaints at all. Great service and welcoming, experienced and accommodating staff. I look forward to returning.
