Customer service was amazing, I and my wife felt like Kings and Queens throughout our entire stay Christmas /birthday weekend 2023. ❤️ to the entire staff we will be back.Rooms: The room we had number 7 was excellent loved the bed and the bathroom.Food & drinks: I can't say enough about the food it was great and the drinks in different rooms was greatNoteworthy details: Pool room was great we played every night and there was a room to play board games and puzzles and Tea time was great as well, our first time having that.
One of the most amazing experiences I have ever had. Ive stayed multiple times and each time is better than the last. I adore the concierge and just about all of the staff. Such a beautiful and warm experience.
We just spent a 4 day babymoon at the Ivy and it was the perfect cozy getaway! The staff went above and beyond - James, Calvin, Janelle, Theresa, Anthony and everyone else were so kind and accommodating! Highlights of the trip include:- cozy hotel room with fireplace- best omelette we’ve ever had- the grits - wow- the Spa - double wow- drivers were able to take us everywhere we wanted to go within the 3 mile radius (which is as far as you need to go to explore Baltimore)I can’t say enough good things about this hotel and the stay!
