I had the best wedding anniversary surprise for my wife this past Sunday at Spa Adagio. Owner Regina was able to book an appointment for us at the last minute and was the best at keeping my conversations with her discreet so my wife was unaware what was going on. Regina and the other licensed masseuse, Michelle, made everything so comfortable and personalized for us that you thought they knew us as regular customers. And that’s just the impression from the first visit. The ambiance, the soft lighting, soothing music, light refreshments and of course the professional dexterity of their craft that these two possess is outstanding. They also provided a personal thank you card along with a gift which was totally unexpected but I’m not surprised given the professionalism displayed from my first contact until actually meeting them. And they weren’t my first choice, there was another establishment who had longer years of experience supposedly in the google reviews I reviewed that couldn’t make the clear determination when I requested a couples massage in writing but failed to comprehend my intentions when I got them on the phone after repeated calls. They clearly dropped the ball and need to revisit how to clearly assess a client’s needs. Regina passed that course with a AAA rating in my humble opinion. This is the place to go to and if you look up Regina Schneider’s background you will see she’s well qualified and educated to the task. We’ll be back ❤️
