Sometimes, you just need a good ole fashioned cry. A moment to process and remember who you are and what you are. Today was that day for me. Angela has a loving heart and hands that seem to make things fall into place. I haven't had a retightening in quite some time, which was very necessary. We talked as she loved on my hair and me, but she also gave me the space to be; to process. You see, hair care is a magical thing. it brings to life not just the hair, but the soul within. As I sat and processed, Toni and Rabia gently reassured me, without words, that all will be well. That all is well. Smiles, embraces, and words of affirmation were my experience today and every experience with Simple Wellness. Hair care is self care.
