I waited until I installed the hair to review:
1. Ordered the hair December 15, 2024
2. After numerous texts and pop ups to the shop I finally received the hair Feb 18 2025
3. I installed the hair May 17, 2025
4. Washed the hair on June 1, 2025 and it tangled terribly. My closure is also balding.
I was referred to She Slayz by a valued customer. Sadly I assume new customers or non clients who only buy hair are not as valued. The owner was always nice when we talked (in person) but the overall experience and product was underwhelming.
I wanted to wait until the hair was installed before I did my review. I bought 3 bundles during the $100 any size back to school sale. I had to email the owner for her to ship out my hair after 2 weeks! Imma say she just read the email and then mailed out my hair because the next day it shipped. I received my hair, soft, no smell, however i ordered 18,20, 22. She sent me 18, 20, 20. I emailed the owner again for correction, absolutely no response. Poor customer service! Fast forward, dyed and washed the bundles, shedded 5 strands. Had the hair installed, no tangles, no shedding from day to day combing. So yes, I LOVE THIS HAIR!!! SO DAMN SOFT!! I’ve been get my hair style by the over for years and it’s always been an amazing experience. The shop has different women own stylist from sew in all the way to lashes. Friendly environment. Up to date equipment. Reasonable prices.
